Storyline
Plot Summary:
Lawyer Clmence Vallardin must convince her landlord that she is married in order to secure the lease on an apartment. She spins the same tale for Cdric who is madly in love with her and is willing to do anything to please her, even if it means offering Clmence a piano. Cdrics tenacity begins to annoy Clmence and when the piano arrives at Clmences place, delivered by a man named Farid, Clmence persuades Farid to pretend to be her husband and asks him to come and live with her in order to get rid of Cdric. This is when the landlord comes to ask her to defend one his friends, the famous counsellor Etienne Lavoisier. Farid has two daughters whom hes raising alone, and if that werent already enough, Clmences mother then arrives unexpectedly.
